Project Snapshot: Hulcher Dozer Clears Right-Of-Way Vegetation

Grass and tall brush were encroaching on a mile-long stretch of track. The railroad needed a contractor that was certified to work on their right-of-way to perform vegetation control. Hulcher deployed a Caterpillar® D5N dozer, which plowed down and cleared out the troublesome vegetation and leveled out the ground along the track. Hulcher’s dozer eliminated the overgrowth that interfered with track operations and reduced the risk of fire along the track.
