Neuero® Hi-Rail Transfer Vacuum Truck
One of Hulcher Services’ most effective pieces of specialized equipment for railroads and the grain industry is the Neuero® hi-rail transfer vacuum truck, a key component of our Transfer / Load Adjustment Services and Disaster Response service lines.
The Neuero® Hi-Rail Transfer Vacuum Truck serves as a conduit, moving materials from where they are located directly to a separate storage container or vehicle. The truck is particularly valuable for grain and food facilities, moving grain, fertilizer, pellets and other food product out of and into rail cars, trucks, storage bins and grain silos. .

With an average transfer rate of approximately 2,500 bushels per hour, the transfer vacuum truck can quickly and efficiently perform bulk transfers, load transfers, load reductions / load adjustments, post-spill clean-up services and disaster response.
The Neuero® Hi-Rail Transfer Vacuum Truck is equipped with 550 feet of 8-inch aluminum tubing and a variety of collection nozzles to facilitate transfers of various materials over large areas. The truck is also fitted with hi-rail gear so it can perform transfers and clean-ups in remote areas not accessible by roads.
Hulcher’s transfer vacuum trucks are equipped with our own custom-developed truck-loading kits, which make the process of transferring to trucks easier and faster. They also feature our own dust collection system to minimize the amount of dust generated by the transfer of fine materials. This capability is particularly valuable for transfers in enclosed areas, around food processes and near populated areas, and is one that no other national railroad contractor can match.
