FAQs
How do you determine Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) to the jobsite?
Hulcher's Customer Service Center representatives are armed with years of data which provides real-time information on the quickest and safest way to the jobsite. Our equipment and personnel are on the road within one hour of a service call, and we monitor and track all ETA's compared to actual arrival times. Historically, Hulcher makes 94% of ETA's within 15 minutes and 97% within 30 minutes. We base this information on over 8,000 calls per year.
