How do you determine Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) to the jobsite?
Hulcher's Customer Service Center representatives are armed with years of data which provides real-time information on the quickest and safest way to the jobsite. Our equipment and personnel are on the road within one hour of a service call, and we monitor and track all ETA's compared to actual arrival times. Historically, Hulcher makes 94% of ETA's within 15 minutes and 97% within 30 minutes. We base this information on over 8,000 calls per year.
Do you have a fuel surcharge?
Hulcher Services has implemented a fuel surcharge on equipment. The fuel surcharge will be adjusted monthly to reflect the current average cost of diesel as determined by the Department of Energy.
Does Hulcher have a minimum charge?
There are NO minimum charges that apply to hourly rate (time and material) projects.
What is Hulcher's bid process?
Proposal Requests are processed based upon a site visit by Hulcher Management. Developing a safe and appropriate strategy, and accurately applying costs for personnel, equipment and materials to complete the project in a timely and effective manner are all factored into our pricing.
