For more than 40 years, Hulcher Services has removed and installed track panel for Class 1 and
short line railroads.
Hulcher performs track panel removal and installation as part of scheduled maintenance-of-way
work, in response to natural disasters such as
flooding or as a follow-up to derailments.
As a total services railroad contractor, Hulcher’s integrated services capabilities allow us to provide a turnkey solution for maintaining the right-of-way or responding to emergency situations. We can perform the entire process ourselves, from delivering the panels to bucking the ballast after the installation is complete.
Hulcher maintains a fleet of excavators and sidebooms around the U.S., Canada and Mexico
along with a roster of trained operators, to remove and install track panel.
