Undercutter
The Hulcher Services Undercutter removes contaminated ballast and debris from beneath railroad tracks from an off track location. The undercutter can be used when the grade of the ground adjacent to the railroad tracks is quite different from the grade of the track itself. The Undercutter includes a control head mounted on the Caterpillar™ excavator with the control head able to pivot the undercutter bar 180 degrees.
