We know that our success depends upon working with highly qualified subcontractors. That is why Hulcher Services is always seeking to establish mutually beneficial relationships with our subcontractors, vendors and consultants. We verify the qualifications of our subcontractors to ensure they share our commitment to quality workmanship, safety and timely completion on our projects.
Because Hulcher and our customers demand the highest standards of safety, we need to make sure that our subcontractors meet or exceed our safety requirements. Hulcher considers all subcontractors who work on our projects much as if like they were part of the Hulcher extended family. We want all employees who work on our sites, both Hulcher and contractor employees, to return to their homes and families free of injury or illness. Safety is a major criteria utilized in the selection of contractors performing work for Hulcher Services. For that reason, our first process will be to ensure compliance with OSHA minimum standards; however, Hulcher’s ultimate goal will be "ZERO ACCIDENTS".
Why Hulcher Pre-Qualifies Subcontractors
The purpose of the Subcontractor Pre-Qualification Program is to pre-select companies that share the same values as Hulcher and who demonstrate a strong commitment to safety. We also strive to communicate all of our administrative requirements up front to avoid disruptions in service. As a Pre-Qualified Subcontractor, your company will be considered a Preferred Vendor and can be used at a moments notice without having to wait for special approval. Your company will also be among the first we call on jobs in your area.

How to become a pre-qualified subcontractor
All Hulcher subcontractors must be pre-qualified on an annual basis. If you are interested in becoming a Pre-Qualified Subcontractor for Hulcher Services, please download the appropriate forms for your type of company, fill them out completely, sign and return them to Hulcher Services at the address below. We will notify you in writing upon approval.
